Our guest services personnel is here to accommodate your needs and requests. We offer the following services to all of our visitors:
Business Services - Fax and photocopying services are available at the Front Desk for a nominal charge. Our Business Center provides modem lines, computer access, and a printer. Please inquire at the front desk for access and fee information.
Park Store - Open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily, the Park Store features a wide selection of gift items and personal care products, as well as refreshments.
Laundry - Dry cleaning services are provided. Items should be dropped off at the Front Desk by 8:30 a.m. will be returned the same day.
Mail - You may send and receive mail at the Front Desk.
Parking - Parking is provided in designated areas. Disabled parking is available. We kindly request that our guests not use disabled parking spaces for loading and unloading.
Porter - Asilomar's jitney (an on-grounds only shuttle service) is available to transport guests anywhere on the grounds. Priority is always given to the elderly and disabled.
ATM – Located within the Asilomar's Phoebe A. Hearst Social Hall.
Safe Deposit Boxes – Available at the front desk.
Telephones – Located throughout the grounds, and house telephones are in each building for on-grounds calls.
Flowers - If you need flowers for a special occasion – a gift sent to a guest, a reservation, activity arrangements or transportation to the airport – our Front Desk associates are available to meet your needs.
