A Meal with a View
Crocker Dining Hall is a spacious and welcoming gathering spot with high-beamed ceilings, stone pillars, hard wood floors and incomparable views of the forest and the dunes of Asilomar State Beach. The hall can accommodate up to 750, and guests also have the option of having custom planned menus served in one of the 20 special event rooms.
Eating at Crocker Dining Hall is an essential part of the Asilomar experience. The daily menu highlights fresh, seasonal, local produce procured directly from our network of regional, organic farmers. Each day menu boards are posted at the dining hall and front desk, showcasing the meal that will be offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Menu: Week of July 9-16
Breakfast: A protein option and a whole-grain vegetarian option are always offered. Breakfast also includes local seasonal fruit, juice with no added sugar and coffee and tea.
- Served Daily: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
Lunch: We offer two entrée options to include an entrée salad or a hot entrée with a complementary seasonal vegetable. Vegetarian or vegan options are available on request. Lunch is served with a seasonal soup made from local ingredients - as well as a seasonal, house-made dessert, Beverage selections include iced tea, coffee, decaffeinated coffee or brewed hot tea,
- Served Daily: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Dinner: We offer two entrée options featuring fresh local fish or protein freshly prepared seasonal vegetables. Vegetarian or vegan options are available on request. Dinner is served with a seasonal locally grown salad - as well as a seasonal, house-made dessert, Beverage selections include iced tea, coffee, decaffeinated coffee or brewed hot tea,
- Served Daily: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
We can customize menus to compliment your personal style or group need. Custom planned menus include our Oceanside Barbecue or Signature Boardwalk Barbecue at the fire pit complete with an after meal S’mores roast. The barbecue is complete with picnic tables and checkered tablecloths.
Gluten Free and Specialty Meals Offerings
In Crocker Dining Hall we are able to offer meals that satisfy most dietary needs while incorporating foods being served in current meal. We will always have “Gluten Free” options prepared. All you have to do is inform the attendant at our exhibition line and our culinary staff will be happy to fill your simple needs. For more sensitive allergy and medical restrictions, please inquire with Asilomar’s conference service team for available options. Breakfast at Crocker Dining Hall offers a variety of meat free options. All of our Lunch and Dinner services will offer at least 1 vegetarian entrée option each meal service, along with vegetarian soups and salads.
