Asilomar encompasses 107 acres of protected coastal State Park land with 30 separate buildings, including 313 guestrooms and 30,000 square feet of meeting space, event space and banquet halls. Groups of up to 650 can easily be accommodated on the grounds. Outdoor barbeque areas are available for private catered events and the large central meadow or the expansive beach are both popular venues for Weddings. Meeting Room Enhancements:
- 8' Wide x 7' Tall, Double-Sided Poster Boards (pinable surface is 41” x 95”) must be arranged in advance.
- 2' Wide x 5' Tall Easel Stands must be arranged in advance.
- Easel Pads with 2 Markers are available and must be arranged in advance.
- Risers, floor lamps, outside phone lines, furniture moving, special deliveries, extension cords, meeting room resets, signs, banners, and posting, along with additional set up details must be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional charges.

Audio Visual Needs:
- Asilomar has two approved vendors for all of your audiovisual needs; Glastonbury, Inc. and McCune.
- Both vendors are professional, full-service, audiovisual and computer rental providers located near our conference grounds. Unapproved outside vendors are not permitted.

- Asilomar currently has WIRELESS INTERNET available in most meeting rooms for a fee.
