A Meal with a View
Crocker Dining Hall is a spacious and welcoming gathering spot with high-beamed ceilings, stone pillars, hard wood floors and incomparable views of the forest and the dunes of Asilomar State Beach. The hall can accommodate up to 750, and guests also have the option of having custom planned menus served in one of the 20 special event rooms.
Eating at Crocker Dining Hall is an essential part of the Asilomar experience. The daily menu highlights fresh, seasonal, local produce procured directly from our network of regional, organic farmers. Each day menu boards are posted at the dining hall and front desk, showcasing the meal that will be offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner - along with the names of the farms that grew the produce for that meal.
- Breakfast: A protein option and a whole-grain vegetarian option are always offered. Breakfast also includes local seasonal fruit, juice with no added sugar and coffee and tea.
- Served Daily: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
- Lunch: Offered to our guests are a main protein entrée option with a complementary seasonal vegetable side and a main entrée salad option, which will be available as either a vegetarian or vegan option upon request. Lunch is served with a seasonal soup made from local ingredients - as well as a seasonal, homemade dessert.
- Served Daily: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
- Dinner: Dinner typically includes a salad, entrée (available in a vegetarian version upon request), and dessert — all featuring fresh, local, seasonal produce direct from our network of local farmers.
- Served Daily: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Custom planned menus include our popular themed barbecue, prepared in an oceanside fire pit complete with picnic tables and red-checkered tablecloths. Our Signature Boardwalk Barbecue features St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, Roasted Chicken Quarters and Grilled Salmon Fillet.
