Terms, Conditions and Booking Policies
The following terms and conditions of DNC Parks and Resorts at Asilomar Conference Grounds (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" or "us") apply to your reservations and by making your reservations using our online system you understand, acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with this reservation. Availability can change at any time during the booking process. Your reservation is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation. Note: Children are considered to be 12 years of age and younger.
Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations require a credit card guarantee by Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®. All rates are quoted in US currency and are subject to applicable taxes which may change without notice At time of Booking $20 / person or $500 minimum. Asilomar in-house registration option requires no further deposit payments. Cancellations incur $100 service fee. Cancellations must be received 180 days prior arrival: An additional $20 / person or amount to total $40 per attendee Last day to cancel without forfeiting deposit. $100 service fee applies. 90 days prior arrival: An additional $20 / person or amount to total $60 per attendee. Last day to reduce without any attrition charges. 60 days prior arrival: No additional payments required. Last day to further reduce additional 20% without attrition charges. 30 days prior arrival Room list due. Account balance must be paid in full before departure. Single payment must be received from registrar, multiple payments not accepted.
Special Requests
Special requests are noted and maintained in the reservation system; however we are unable to guarantee a specific room or location.
Group reservation policies
If you are booking a group reservation the following policies apply to your reservations:
- Individual guest rooms must be cancelled 60 days or more, prior to arrival.
- Canceling within the 180 day period will result in a cancellation charges (see above).
- All reductions to the length of stay must be received 48 hours or more, prior to arrival. If a reduction in room nights is made within 48 hours of arrival, the guest will be required to pay for the length of stay.
- No shows will be charged the contracted nightly rate for each night the room is not occupied by the individual, up to and including the entire length of stay.
- Early departures will be charged the contracted nightly rate for each night the room is not occupied by the individual, up to and including the entire length of stay.
