Crocker Dining Hall is more than a meal—it’s a cornerstone of the Asilomar experience. With high-beamed ceilings, stone pillars, and hardwood floors, this spacious gathering space offers incomparable views of the forest and dunes of Asilomar State Beach. Accommodating up to 750 guests, the hall features curated menus available in one of 20 special event rooms. Every meal highlights fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce from regional organic farmers. 

Daily menus, posted in the dining hall and at the front desk, showcase the delicious options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Hours of Operation

Breakfast  7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

*included with select room rates

  • A protein option and a whole-grain vegetarian option are always offered.
  • Breakfast also includes local seasonal fruit, juice with no added sugar and coffee and tea. 

Lunch  12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

  • We offer two entrée options to include an entrée salad or a hot entrée with a complimentary seasonal vegetable.
  • Vegetarian or vegan options are available on request.
  • Lunch is served with a seasonal soup made from local ingredients - as well as a seasonal, house made dessert.
  • Beverage selections include iced tea, coffee, decaffeinated coffee or brewed hot tea.

Gluten Free and Specialty Meal Offerings

Crocker Dining Hall is committed to providing meals that satisfy a variety of dietary needs while incorporating the delicious foods featured in each menu. Gluten-free options are always available—simply inform the attendant at the exhibition line, and our culinary team will happily accommodate your request. Breakfast includes a variety of meat-free options, and every lunch and dinner service features at least one vegetarian entrée, along with vegetarian soups and salads. For more specific allergies or medical restrictions, please contact Asilomar’s Conference Service team for assistance.
