- Free & open to the public, All ages welcome
- Free parking available on property or neighboring streets (Asilomar Ave. & Sinex Ave.)
- Food & drinks available for purchase, no outside food is allowed
- S’more kits for sale
- Keep clear of our native plants (they're special to our property)
- Bring your own chair or use one of ours
- Dress in layers
