  • Luau in the Meadow | August 12

    Step into an evening of island tradition and celebration, gather beneath the cypress trees in the Grand Cypress Meadow for an evening of live entertainment by Ho’omana Band, along with a captivating hula and Tahitian dance performances by Halau Hula Hi’ilani ‘O Ke Kai. The Luau serves as the official kickoff to Woodies in the Woods.

    Celebrate the legacy of surf culture and craftsmanship with a showcase of iconic wood-bodied wagons presented in collaboration with the Santa Cruz Woodies Club.     As the sun sets, Night Rider transforms Asilomar's underground garage into a vibrant celebration of lowrider culture, classic automobiles, and the enduring influence of Chicano heritage. Explore an impressive collection, enjoy a live DJ spinning vintage vinyl records and browse artisan makers and local food offerings throughout the evening.
